For this month’s blog hop on Andrea’s Notebook, the theme is

Sewing for home (tutorial)

As you may have read, we went with a tooth fairy cushion (refashioned from baby tights) and, in the meanwhile, my LilPotato has lost her first wobbling tooth  (follow me in IG, I’ll follow you back).

But let’s take a look what the other sewing bloggers came out with!

SewMcCool

Here’s Deanna creation: cloth napkins with a rolled hem… great for a last minute hostess gift (and to switch from disposable… which I personally reserve to extremely occasional situations…).

I think they could be a first not-only-finishing serger project, to widen your range of serger stitches!

Gracious Threads

Jess made these holiday coaster set, sharing a free template for cutting fabric and fleece in pentagons: looks like they’re perfect to save my table from stains… the problem is I don’t want them to get dirty, they’re too cute…
She added a nice free motion writing detail on top of some of them… delicious!

And that’s it for this month. If you want to see my entry for last month blog hop, check here:
