I have created this plaid top for our lovely Stitch Once, Rip Twice FB group Sewing Challenge, then I though that I had to grade it in sizes from XS to XL and now…I would like you to help me testing it…
Pattern Testers Wanted!
It’s an easy sewing task, it consists of three pattern pieces (front, back and collar), joined with french seams on sides and shoulders (it’s made of sheer fabric and enclosing seam allowances will give it a more finished look!).
All you need to do is to ask me to join our Serger Pepper Pattern Testers Crew… and I’ll be emailing you some more detail.
If you like to help me in this task, I have a lot of new patterns coming soon, for kids, moms and little objects… you’d better apply immediately, because I’m keeping the group small by now!
It’s a sheer flowing top, oversize, with a large bias cut collar that you can wear with one shoulder out or the other (or you can wear it central, as you like!); you can layer it above any long-sleeved turtleneck for colder weather, but you can also wear it above a tank for a more summer-y look
It has short sleeves and little slits on side seams. Other feature is a high-low hem (lower in back).
Anything see-trough! I have chosen a lightweight gauze (cotton blend) but you can use silk or polyester, voile or organza, if you feel comfy sewing them (they’re a little more slippery!).
You could try a light knit too!
XS to XL (bust from 78 to 106 cm); it’s oversize, not fitted at all, so the range is even wider!
Now it’s your turn!
Apply now and I’ll add you to
